Siemens Bike-Sharing Project
Working with Siemens Mobility, IKS tackled the challenge of bridging the gap between the company and its customers for Lisbon's bike-sharing project. Utilizing design thinking, we gained insights into customer needs, addressing pain points and gaps in user experience, ultimately demonstrating the value of Siemens' proposition in a tangible way that resonated with their audience.
